What Type of film can i get developed?

We currently offer development of 35mm films and Disposable Cameras. Please ensure that your colour or black & white film reads “Process C41” before placing an order. If you have any question, please contact us.


How do I send my film?

Good question! After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions and a pre-paid shipping label. Please ensure that you are using small recycled packaging to reduce carbon footprint. An old Amazon packet will do!


How do I get my Scans?

We will send you an email with a WeTransfer link to your scans using WeTransfer 1-3 days after we receive your rolls.


what is your scan quality?

Our scans are mid-high quality. We currently scan at 1500x2200 px and send you TIFF files at 10mb. Please leave us a message in the “order notes” if you would like to receive your unconverted negatives/JPG scans. You can also visit “Quality” to see our processing and scanning quality.


How can I get my negatives back?

We dispose of your negatives by default. Please send us an email to have your negatives sent back. Shipping fees apply.


Do you refund blank rolls?

Sometimes rolls come out blank due to improper loading, camera leaks, underexposure or accidentally sending in a blank roll. We unfortunately are not able to offer a refund in this case since we would have already went through the developing process.
